Put Your Mind To It, Go For It


For me, the best and most guilt-free way to end a meal with a hint of sweetness is to opt for fruit. When I need something more decadent, some of my go-tos are simply pre-packaged, portion controlled items like Skinny Cow ice cream treats, sugar free pudding cups, Vitatops, and No Pudge brownies. But when I feel like baking or impressing guests, here are some great options:
