Crockpot “Pulled” Barbecue Pork

Ingredients:
3/4 cup of diet cola
3/4 cup of barbecue sauce
1 large onion, diced
2 pounds of pork tenderloin
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. chili powder

Cut loins into smaller pieces. Place all ingredients into crockpot. Cook on high for 5 – 6 hours. Shred pork, place back into sauce and serve on light hamburger roll.

Servings: 8
Points per Serving: 4 (Plus the roll)
