Put Your Mind To It, Go For It


I don’t have many breakfast recipes. My standard breakfasts consist of cereal (shredded wheat, Fiber One, puffed wheat or rice sweetened with Splenda and cinnamon), egg whites or egg beaters cooked with veggies and 2% cheese, cinnamon raisin bread with WW cream cheese, or fruit and string cheese.

Here are a few recipes for when I want to get fancy:
